3. Hosting
This website is hosted via Bolt (StackBlitz Inc.) on infrastructure provided by Netlify, Inc., both based in the United States. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type, referring page) in server log files, which is necessary to deliver the website and ensure its security. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the site). Transfers to the US are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.
4. Web fonts
The fonts on this website are self-hosted on our own infrastructure. No connection to Google or any other third-party font service is made when you visit this site.
5. Embedded videos (Bunny.net)
Videos on this site are hosted by BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny.net), Slovenia. A video is only loaded from Bunny servers when you click to play it. At that moment your IP address is transmitted to Bunny.net. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent, given by clicking play).
6. Application form (Typeform)
Our application form is provided by Typeform S.L., Barcelona, Spain, and opens in a separate window when you click an apply button. The data you enter (first name, whether you are a native English speaker, Instagram URL, phone number, preferred contact channel) is stored by Typeform and transmitted to us. We use it exclusively to review your application and contact you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data is deleted once the application process is complete, unless a cooperation begins or statutory retention periods apply.
7. Contact via WhatsApp and Telegram
If you contact us via the WhatsApp or Telegram buttons on this site, your message is processed by the respective provider (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Telegram FZ-LLC) under their own privacy policies. We process the content of your message to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.
