Poster: consistency is the job

The growth system only works if the content actually goes out: right account, right caption, right time, every day. As a poster, you execute the posting calendar across creator promo accounts. It sounds simple, and that is the point: done reliably at volume, it is one of the most important jobs in the operation, because every test the marketing managers design only exists once you post it.

What the job actually looks like

  • You post scheduled content across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms: uploads, captions, hashtags, timing, exactly as the calendar says.
  • You keep accounts healthy: correct setup, consistent activity, flags and restrictions reported immediately.
  • You document: what went out, where, when, so the test results mean something.
  • You spot problems early: a clip that will not upload, an account acting strange, a caption that will not fly on that platform, and you escalate instead of improvising.

Honest part: the work is repetitive by design. The value is precision at volume, day after day. People who need variety every hour burn out here; people who take pride in flawless execution thrive.

What we look for

  • Reliability as the core skill. The calendar is sacred.
  • Basic feel for social platforms: you know how TikTok and Instagram behave as a user.
  • Enough written English to handle captions from templates and communicate with the team.
  • No experience required. This is our most common entry role, and good posters move up fast.

What you get

  • The easiest entry into the industry, with training from day one.
  • Fully remote, structured shifts, clear checklists.
  • A visible path up: poster to marketing manager is a walked road here.

Questions applicants ask us

Is this a full-time job?

It can be either: we schedule in blocks, and reliable part-time posters are as valuable as full-time ones.

Do I write the captions myself?

You work from templates and the calendar. Small adaptations yes, strategy no, that is the marketing manager's job while you learn.

What equipment do I need?

A reliable phone, a stable connection, and the discipline to hit times in US time zones.
