Marketing Manager: own the reach

Marketing is where our accounts grow, and it is run by people, not luck. As a marketing manager, you own creator promo accounts like they are your babies: you know their numbers by heart, you obsess over the small account-specific tricks that make this specific person go viral, and you run the testing system that turns one lucky clip into a repeatable machine. One of our creators went from about 1 million views a month to 30 to 40 million on her main account. That gap is this job.

What the job actually looks like

  • You run promo accounts on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms for the creators you own: content calendar, posting strategy, platform compliance.
  • You test: hooks, formats, angles, posting windows, against each other, every week, and double down on what wins.
  • You guide content: creators film from your shot lists and feedback, so what they produce fits the formats that are already proving themselves.
  • You watch the funnel: reach only counts when it converts, so what gets posted where, and what the path to the paid account looks like, is part of your job.
  • You report: views, growth and conversion per account, honestly, including what flopped.

Honest part: platforms change rules weekly, accounts get restricted, and what worked last month dies this month. The people who thrive here treat that as the game, not as unfairness.

What we look for

  • Proven feel for short-form content. You can look at ten clips and tell us which one travels, and roughly why.
  • Experience growing accounts on TikTok or Instagram, your own or for clients. Numbers you can show beat any CV.
  • Systematic thinking: testing as a habit, not vibes.
  • Comfort with the industry. The content is adult-adjacent, the promo itself stays within platform rules, and you need to be at ease with both facts.

What you get

  • Real ownership: your accounts, your numbers, your calls within the strategy.
  • Performance upside tied to growth you can prove.
  • A testing budget of content volume most solo marketers never get: multiple accounts, constant output, fast feedback loops.

Questions applicants ask us

Do I appear in or create the content?

No. Creators film, you direct: shot lists, feedback, format picks, posting.

What if my accounts get banned?

It happens in this industry, and the system expects it: multiple accounts per creator, backup structure, recovery process. You are judged on the portfolio, not on a single account surviving.

How is performance measured?

Views and growth on your accounts, and conversion into the paid funnel. You see the same dashboards we do.
