Chatter: the job that makes the revenue

Chatting is where the money in this industry is actually made. On the accounts we manage, the majority of revenue comes from messages, on some accounts almost 90 percent. As a chatter, you talk to fans in the creator's voice: building relationships, remembering what matters to them, and selling content inside conversations instead of blasting offers. It is sales, psychology and writing in one job, and done well, it is a skill that pays for years.

What the job actually looks like

  • You work in shifts, covering the account around the clock with the rest of the team. Nights and weekends exist, and US fan time zones set the rhythm.
  • You write in the creator's voice, from an account profile: her tone, her boundaries, her running jokes with regulars. Fans must never feel a shift change.
  • You keep notes. Fans tell you about their lives, and remembering is the product. Conversation histories and preference notes are part of the work, not an extra.
  • You sell inside relationships: PPV, customs and tips, offered at the right moment in an ongoing conversation. Pushy blasting is exactly what we do not do.
  • An overviewer supervises quality, tracks the numbers and has your back on difficult fans. Boundaries the creator set are enforced, always, and never by you alone.

Honest part: the job is repetitive at times, the targets are real, and night shifts are night shifts. The people who thrive here like writing, like selling and like the game of reading people.

What we look for

  • Excellent written English. You do not need to be native, you need to be invisible: fans must never suspect the creator is not typing.
  • Reliability. Shifts only work when everyone shows up. This is the number one reason people fail here.
  • Feel for people. You can read what a fan actually wants and adjust tone, pace and offer to it.
  • Experience as a chatter is a plus, not a requirement. We train from SOPs, and we would rather teach our system to someone sharp than untrain bad habits.

What you get

  • Performance-based pay: the better you convert, the more you earn, paid reliably.
  • Real training: SOPs, account profiles, feedback from overviewers who did the job themselves.
  • A path up: our overviewers and managers started as chatters. Good numbers get noticed fast in a team this size.
  • Fully remote, from anywhere.

How applying works

Fill out the form below, takes about three minutes. We read every application ourselves and get back to promising ones quickly, usually with a short written test: you get example conversations and show us how you would answer. No fees at any point, ever, in any direction. An agency that charges applicants is a scam, including anyone pretending to be us.

Questions applicants ask us

Is this legit? Most chatter job ads are scams.

Fair question, and the reason this page exists on our own website instead of a Telegram channel. We are a registered agency with a public site, verifiable creator results and a team you will meet on video before you start. And the rule above cuts both ways: we never charge applicants anything, and anyone asking you for money in our name is a fraud.

Do I need experience?

No. Strong English, reliability and feel for people matter more. Experienced chatters are welcome, but our SOPs are the system you will work in either way.

Which countries do you hire from?

We hire remotely and internationally. What matters is your English, your shift availability and a stable internet connection, not your passport.

When and how do I get paid?

Performance-based, with the exact structure explained transparently in the interview before you commit. What we can say publicly: paid reliably, on schedule, and no fees or deductions you did not agree to in writing.

How fast can I start?

Strong applications move within days: test, interview, trial shifts with an overviewer alongside, then your own schedule.
